We provide Houston Scavenger Hunts to bring employees together and foster a sense of teamwork. Working as teams, the employees problem solve, assess priorities, exercise time management, and assign tasks.

We also have advanced versions that convert the game into more of an Amazing Race. This adds team building elements along the way and increase the challenge as well as providing additional photo opportunities. Our clients often use those opportunities for use on social media or for slideshows for future events.
The most common desire of our clients is simple bonding of the employees. The lack of extra time gets people to quickly agree and move forward rather than stopping on any individual point. Engaging their competitive spirit, they come together as a group to succeed and hopefully win.
We get a variety of groups to interact and play with one another in these events. This helps to see the other teams as human beings as opposed to being part of another group. It's a shared activity, even though in competition. We can also mix and match members to boost this effect.
A great leadership skill is the ability to manage time. There is a limitation in time for the event and this leads to a need to delegate, to multi-task and to be open to serendipity. This helps to achieve the Time Management element of our executive coaching programs.
These are fun events and are designed to get people to laugh and play together. It gets people out of the office and competing with one another in a friendly atmosphere. It's a great way to show your teams that you appreciate their everyday efforts and that they're valued by the company.
By getting together in the real-world, employees that work remotely and seldom see each other are given an opportunity to make up for months of not seeing one another in a matter of hours. The events are usually followed-up with a happy hour that solidifies the progress.
A large part of the event is multi-tasking and being able to identify opportunities to solve tasks that might not be the one you are focused on. This level of mental agility helps with the creativity of participants and adds to their ability to come up with fresh ideas.
As mentioned, we can provide additional team building options to add to the fun in Texas, such as adding Amazing Race styled elements to the adventure. We can place facilitators at various locations and for teams to receive new sets of instructions, team building activities must be performed. Or other activities can be added like they're giving clues to a Murder Mystery. Of course, the activities would be fun in nature and the participants are unlikely to know that they are team building at the time. This allows us to quickly multiply the value of the activity and better enable the employee bonding of the corporate team building event.

These custom-built events can be performed anywhere. Often they are done in public at venues with the general public wondering what's going on. Spreading geographically across an "operations area," teams strive to achieve their goals efficiently in a festive atmosphere. This is a nice choice for getting people outside and enjoying the area instead of never leaving the conference rooms of a meeting and incentives gathering.
BAD WEATHER OPTIONS We offer something that almost no other company can: Bad weather options. While often the corporate scavenger hunt is performed outside, sometimes the weather doesn't want to cooperate in Texas. That causes many companies to simply bow to the inevitable and cancel the event. We utilizes our improvisational actors in the corporate scavenger hunt, which means that an improv comedy workshop or show can be presented at a moments' notice. These have been constructed specifically to allow for team building and bonding with one another. That's right, a public corporate scavenger hunt and a back-up at no extra cost!
GREEN EVENTS We can build this event as an environmentally friendly adventure. We can challenge teams to learn about the natural world around them and conduct acts that would promote cleaning up the area and foster new growth. This could include planting trees, trash clean-up, creating a garden, trail maintenance, and many other choices. As for us, we recycle, utilize local talent when preferable, and look to leave places better than we found them. When we do travel, we take pains to reduce our impact on the environment.

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.
We need to know the area where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used to end. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.
If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
