We lead the way for corporate team building events with our charitable acts. These are activities and performances that allow a company to achieve the goals of bonding employees while helping the community at large.
These are activities that construct things for the use of a community. Everyone is familiar with house builds, but usually they are much smaller. We can build everything from cabinetry to digging wells. The idea is to provide for the needs of those the items are being built for.
Providing social support is to spend time with members of the community that need the attention. This can include all kinds of small gatherings to supporting the community with volunteering at a soup kitchen and similar activities. We coordinate choosing how to help and remain safe.
There are people that need support in times of needs. This can include putting together care packages to members of the military. It can also be to assist with survivors of tragedies of different types. In the other direction, it can be about providing supplies to prevent tragedies from happening.
Maintenance is about supporting areas of the community that are run down. This can be cleaning up trash from public areas, painting over offensive street art, maintaining hiking trails etc. These projects give a sense of accomplishment while enhancing the community that they are serving.
WE CARE FOR YOU! We have methods and techniques to operate with a variety of social distancing, PPE safety equipment, and remote sessions. We consult with you to best determine your concerns and needs and take them into account when determining the best way to work with your team.
OUR GREEN COMMITMENT While ultimately we serve our clients in the way that they require, we work hard to reduce the carbon footprint of any event. We recycle, utilize local talent when preferable, and look to leave places better than we found them. When we do travel, we take pains to reduce our impact on the environment.
WE COME TO YOU!
We work with groups that are small, medium and large. We also work with people that are in the city, the suburbs, and that are in more rural areas. It never made sense to get our own facilities. We come to a venue of your choosing and this allows you to make your own food and beverage options. In general, you want enough light to see, enough space to move around comfortably, and it should be quiet enough to hear. Everything else can be adjusted to.
The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.
We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.
If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
