SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - TEAM BUILDING

Team Building is an area of practice involved in the creation, maintenance and improvement of group dynamics to enable all forms of operation. In other words, we get people to work together in better ways.

In general, we recommend a month warning. With a month warning we are almost always available and it leaves time to agree on the details. The reality is that we can do it with much less warning. We have done events the following day...twice! But it is a rarity and generally costs more money to bribe our performers away from other events.

That is always a tricky question. To answer that, we need to know the size of your group, when and where the event is, and agree on an approach to the event. Also, it depends on the experience of our facilitators. We have improv performers and we have people who have been the CEOs of companies. We deal with so many events with so many options, having a menu sheet with pricing just isn't practical. Reach out and we can discuss your options.

We come anywhere that you are. Generally we come to meeting rooms in offices, hotel conference spaces and banquet areas. We have performed team building events on a beach, on a ski lodge, on top of a garage, on military bases, and in someone's home. The trick is to discuss the location with us and we can make appropriate recommendations.

We have done events for hundreds of people as well as for groups of under 10. The reality is that we have structures that we can do for just about any sized group. Contact us and we can discuss your needs and come up with a plan to develop their ability to work together.

We like to accommodate your needs, but we also don't want to overly burden our past clients. We come to you and help educate your employees while they have a great time!

WE COME TO YOU!
We work with groups that are small, medium and large. We also work with people that are in the city, the suburbs, and that are in more rural areas. It never made sense to get our own facilities. We come to a venue of your choosing and this allows you to make your own food and beverage options. In general, you want enough light to see, enough space to move around comfortably, and it should be quiet enough to hear. Everything else can be adjusted to.

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
