TALK SHOWS FOR COMPANIES

In general, Talk Shows provide the opportunity to let an audience be exposed to ideas, personnel, leadership or training in a format that is a bit more user-friendly and entertainment oriented.

Talk shows are seen as prestigious. This means that our Talk Shows can be seen in a very positive light and can give credibility to those that participate. These are great formats to humanize management, to congratulate success and to get across ideas about the issues facing the company.

Each show is individualized with elements adjusted based on the needs of the audience. While we tend to be squeaky clean, this includes shifting from ratings of G through NC-17 depending on your desire. Officially we remain one-level cleaner than the audience, but our rating tends to be wholly audience driven. We utilize your members as the participants so we can't control their reactions on stage.

The Profile

The Profile is designed as an in-depth personal interview to better get to know someone. This can be done with a live audience or can be pre-recorded if you prefer.

The Debate

Issues come up in companies that may divide a company down the middle. We can provide debate formats that can allow points to be made and can clarify actions being taken to benefit the future. It can help participants to feel that they are being consulted to a degree on matters that are important to the employees.

The Town Hall

A great way to get a feeling for the issues effecting a company and for management to explain their actions, the Town Hall allows people to ask questions and to show a level of transparency that often isn't able to be reached through other means. This is great for State of the Company type of events.

The Daytime Talk Show

Daytime Talk Shows that are on TV tend to be a bit more sensational and emotional. They are a bit more entertainment oriented and we have a variety of techniques to use such shows to engage audience members and to keep their attention for the full length of the show.

The Talk Show

The more traditional Talk Show treats your people like the celebrities that they are. Management, at least within the company, are the celebrities. We allow them to come, humanize themselves by telling stories, explain their upcoming projects and receive applause for their efforts.

Media Training:
As part of the Talk Show program we can educate your management about Presentation Skills and enhance their abilities with Media Training. This can be a workshop right before the event and can help take your people to the next level. We can also have a session afterwards to review what happened.

This party celebrating the coming of age requires an understanding from our facilitator to meet the needs of having a party celebrating her becoming an adult while making sure that it is a safe environment for participants.

Looking back on lives spent together requires putting the focus where it belongs, on the happy couple. We work with you to bring the best options possible to celebrate and enjoy family.

We provide talk shows throughout the United States, and even beyond! Wherever you might be along the Atlantic Coast, the MidWest, the South, the West Coast, or anywhere else, we stand ready to help your group to have fun. This includes in the big cities, the suburbs, or further outside the urban areas. We do not provide the food or the venue. We come to you and help you to succeed in business without really trying!

WE COME TO YOU!
We work with groups that are small, medium and large. We also work with people that are in the city, the suburbs, and that are in more rural areas. It never made sense to get our own facilities. We come to a venue of your choosing and this allows you to make your own food and beverage options. In general, you want enough light to see, enough space to move around comfortably, and it should be quiet enough to hear. Everything else can be adjusted to. We also have our insurance in order and can have COIs with your venue as an additional insured, if required.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

WHAT IS THE OCCASION?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY PEOPLE?

We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our costs and availability. Something tomorrow may be more difficult and dates around holidays will be more expensive. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET IN MIND?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
