The Lilac City is surrounded by the bountiful nature of Washington State. Many people travel to the area to enjoy the river rafting, mountain climbing, skiing and other nature activities. Its a great area for families to go to get away from it all and enjoy the land as it was before the cities moving in. More new industries have moved into the area, changing the demographics from industrial to sliding towards high-tech. This includes traditional computer companies as well as those in higher education and bio-tech. This has increased the need for specialized training programs and a new need for entertainment geared towards these crowds. With the beauty of Idaho's Coeur d'Alene about a half-hour away, there is no lack of beautiful backdrops and places for quality company gatherings. Whether a team building workshop, meetings and incentives awards dinner or simple employee motivation and morale boost, we are ready to assist you to meet your organization's goals.

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the type of venue you will have and where it will be in the area. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
