THEY improv Reinvigorates!

THEY improv has noticed a major drop-off in business related spending by companies. As mentioned in our last letter, things were seeming slower because of the economy, election, fears, etc. This has resulted in a temporary decrease in business and we're taking advantage of this time to get ready for better times ahead.

Currently we're developing new products and new relationships to develop our global reach for our American clients. This has involved experimentation and working with our clients to discover what needs we might not be providing for and to locate talent around the world. We hope to have some exciting announcements that we'll roll out soon.

THEY lost a friend. Long time member Gene Ballard is no longer with us but is not forgotten. His humor and great spirit were an inspiration to all of us and kept challenging us to be better. In the real world he worked for a Lexus dealership in North Miami. He was much beloved and they did the honor of naming a street at the dealership after him. A class act by a classy organization.

THEY improv has continued its Comedy With a Cause efforts and raised some money and attitudes for various charities. This has included several functions as fundraisers as well as some team building for charitable organizations to help them help themselves.

Likewise, corporate events keep popping up all over, so check soon to see the even continuing expansion of the cast lists all over the country supporting shows in your region.

Our classes have been hurting due to the fact there are currently a lot of players in the market. We feel that our classes offer a unique perspective but we also want to support the rest of the local improv community and aren't looking to step on toes. We will likely not have another 8 week class before the end of the year.
