The Last Frontier has different areas with different backgrounds. Whether it is for groups in the urban areas of Anchorage, in the many fishing villages or hunting areas, the ski resorts, in Fairbanks, at the oil facilities of the north slope, in the capital city of Juneau, or on area cruises, having an understanding of the different parts of the state can mean the difference between a successful gathering. And the weather becomes a major issue for travel between cities. We are proud to serve the entire state, but the expenses for such travel may be required to make it make sense. This is a general requirement for gatherings in the state especially in more isolated areas and during the winter.

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the type of venue you will have and where in the state you will be. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
