WHAT IS THE OCCASION?
The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.
We provide a variety of entertainment options with SOCIAL DEDUCTION GAMES and TABLE-TOP ROLE-PLAYING GAMES or TTRPGs similar to Dungeons & Dragons for company parties to get employees to bond at corporate events. The participants will likely just think that they're having a good time exploring dungeons or rooting out traitors without realizing the morale and team building benefits being imparted.
Loosely based on popular hidden-role games, Corporate Coup has employees working together to pass "company initiatives," while a secret faction of saboteurs tries to secretly ruin the projects. As tensions rise over failing initiatives, participants must quickly learn to pitch themselves as reliable allies to secure a spot on the project committee. It's a fantastic exercise in reading body language, communication, and persuasion that will have your team buzzing long after the final round.
We pair employees in a classic game of survival and deduction. A few players are secretly "werewolves" eliminating players each "night," while the rest of the team must debate and vote to find the culprits during the "day." Because everyone is on equal footing, the game naturally dissolves traditional office hierarchies as colleagues go head-to-head with their wildest accusations. Often entertaining and amusing, this enhances personal relationships and debate skills in a fun and supportive atmosphere, guaranteeing plenty of laughs and memorable moments.
Loosely based on the hit television show The Traitors, a small group of employees are secretly designated as "Betrayers," while the rest remain "Loyal." Throughout the event, the entire group works together on fun, collaborative missions to earn points for the team, all while the Betrayers scheme to secretly eliminate the Loyal one by one. The tension peaks during our intense roundtable discussions, where players must use persuasion and deduction to banish the Betrayers. It’s a masterclass in critical thinking and group communication!
We pit two rooms of contestants against one another, trying to swap hostages and locate the VIP before time runs out. This game improves the group mind of a team, gets people out of their seats, and helps people to see things through each other's eyes in a fast-paced environment.
Using the world's greatest roleplaying game, each table tries to complete a self-contained quest in a fantasy setting. They get to build characters, roll dice, and creatively solve puzzles or defeat monsters. We can provide specific campaigns based on company goals, industry inside jokes, or holiday themes.
Tables are challenged to navigate a treacherous dungeon maze based on descriptions we provide. We may provide a chance for them to use limited resources or spells. This gets them to know each other better and rewards careful planning and resource management. If they make the correct choices, they get the treasure. If they choose to be chaotic, they can try to be funny and still have a blast!
This is a fully customized, card based edition of a the dungeon crawl above, but we work with you to customize the equipment, monsters and spells based on your company. This custom printed edition goes home with the winner or winners as a fun memento of the event!
Note: With less than a two-month advance lead time, there will be an additional preparation fee.
As the name implies, your people play out scenarios as characters in extreme circumstances and must collaborate to achieve goals in a game-play environment! These can range from more traditional role-playing games to murder mysteries with the characters as suspects!
WE COME TO YOU!
We work with groups that are small, medium and large. We also work with people that are in the city, the suburbs, and that are in more rural areas. It never made sense to get our own facilities. We come to a venue of your choosing and this allows you to make your own food and beverage options. In general, you want enough light to see, enough space to move around comfortably, and it should be quiet enough to hear. Everything else can be adjusted to. We also have our insurance in order and can have COIs with your venue as an additional insured, if required.
The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.
We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our costs and availability. Something tomorrow may be more difficult and dates around holidays will be more expensive. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.
If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
