ENTERTAINING YOUR AUDIENCES

Working with families and companies for their entertainment needs in the Greater Loudoun County Area requires specialized knowledge and attention to detail. We tailor an event to the size of group that you have and work hard to have the audience feel special in LoCo.

his may be one of the fastest growing areas of the country. While a lot of America is a variety of economic woes, this area is getting larger and more affluent. Many companies have been expanding further to the west from DC and Loudoun County has been one of the biggest recipients. And with the Metro Expansion, this may make it grow even faster. The Dulles Technology Corridor has some of the bigger companies involved, but the large expansion there has overflowed into Loudon County. Corporate events and private parties abound as the people who work in the area and make their home here want entertainment catered to them. The Lansdowne Resort has long been regarded as one of the area's greatest venues. It's maintained that reputation and is even more convenient as companies have been relocating to the area. When you add Sterling and Leesburg, that are now popular areas for gatherings, there are an ever-increasing number of restaurants and hotels that serve the area. The arts community is growing and there's a larger desire to find things to do without relying on traveling for hours. The Leesburg Pike is getting more and more crowded and the need for entertainment to be localized has increased.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the type of venue you will have and where it will be in the area. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
