Working with families and companies for their entertainment needs in the Greater Juneau Area requires specialized knowledge and attention to detail. We tailor an event to the size of group that you have and work hard to have the audience feel special in the state capital area.

As the capital of Alaska, the city is a major economic and cultural hub. And the size of the city is appropriate for the largest state of the union. The city sprawls over an area larger than Rhode Island and houses a variety of state and federal agencies that need the same services as required in much larger cities.

There are great world-class venues here, such as Pearson's Pond Luxury Inn and Adventure Spa, that can serve as the location for your company gathering and we can come in to train, entertain and bond your employees. After a day of zip-lining, glacier spotting, fishing, hunting, whale watching or hiking, a night of entertainment and story-telling can be a great day to wind down.

The cruise ships that come here bring a variety of guests to the area and the city becomes a gathering place en route to a larger trip. We serve these groups welcoming them to the area or sending them off to their next adventure.

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the type of venue you will have and where it will be in the area. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
