to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on August 23rd.

Miami, FL: THEY improv, leaders in South Florida
corporate comedy, continues to change the face of comedy in Florida
with their benefit performance for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
Team In Training program in, Comedy For A Cure,
on Saturday, August 23rd at the Lèche-Vitrines Art Gallery.
The location is at 3038 North Federal Highway, Times Square Plaza,
2nd Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL (the SE corner of Oakland Park
Blvd. and Federal Highway). There is free parking lot behind the
Jennifer Leather.
The show will feature some of South Florida's best comedic talent
coming together for a good cause. In addition to the $20 Donation
Entry (which includes 2 drinks and a raffle ticket), a percentage
of all art sales will go towards LLS as well.
"We
are happy to be raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
again," said director of THEY improv Todd Rice. "They
do great work and we all need to do our part. Our part just happens
to make people laugh."
"We've expanded into corporate comedy and have troupe members
throughout the country," continued Rice. "But it's nice
to return to our roots of performing to benefits charities local
to us in South Florida, while having a national impact."
Doors open at 7pm for an 8pm showtime.
