THEY improv chosen Best Short Form Improv Troupe for Broward County at the ImprovMiami Prizes 2005.

Hollywood, FL: THEY improv, Broward County's improv troupe, was chosen by improv directors of South Florida troupes and ImprovMiami.com as the Best Short Form Improv Troupe in Broward County.

"We're sprinting out of the blocks and changing the face of comedy in South Florida," said Director Todd Rice. "We're putting together a troupe that is being taken seriously as a comedic force and we're working to advance the improvisational art form here in South Florida. Winning this Impy award is a nice step in that direction."

THEY continue to change the face of Comedy in South Florida with a holiday celebration at the Improv, one of South Florida's premier comedy clubs on January 4th at 8pm.

"THEY are celebrating New Years' with our award winning show," continued Rice. "Our audience won't know what hit them and they'll keep coming back for more."

Any audience member who mentions the Impy Awards at the door or volunteers to tell us their January 4th resolution at the ticket booth will get in for 2-for-1. It's the troupes' way of making the rest of the year even better and celebrating their victory.

Each THEY improv show is based on audience suggestions, so there can never be the same show twice. Every show is a unique experience and is shared only among those in attendance.
