THEY improv - June 2013 Newsletter
THEY improv is Growing!

THEY improv has been entering the slower months of the summer, and yet things aren't slowing all that much.

In addition to having a record June, improv classes, potential strategic acquisitions, an upcoming public murder mystery performance and new directors being added to the cast, things have never looked brighter.

In the meantime, the recent chain of incidents impacting the IRS may have an adverse impact on our team building business. After all, people are pointing at the videos of the IRS dancing and doing Star Trek parodies and complaining about money spent on employee bonding.

The reality is that first of all, THEY improv tends to be a lower cost provider. We're not the least expensive, but we are far more reasonable than the truly expensive providers.

On the other side of the equation is that THEY improv tends to be much more productive with their efforts. We train the employees to the goals as presented and leave only happy clients behind. If you question that, simply look at our testimonials page.

The last side of the equation is that we don't film our clients. We're aware of the problems with things being taken out of context, so our events are self-contained and aren't recorded for posterity. We respect the privacy of our clients and work hard to help them and not do anything to harm them, either on purpose or by accident.

THEY improv has continued its Comedy With a Cause efforts and raised some money and attitudes for various charities. This has included several functions as fundraisers as well as some team building for charitable organizations to help them help themselves.

The public performance I referred to will be at a casino in New Mexico, with more information to follow. We do not like teasing people with shows that they can't go to, and unless you are near Farmington, New Mexico or the Four Corners, you aren't likely to attend. But hopefully this will start a new wave of offerings as we expand those efforts.

Likewise, corporate events are popping up all over, so check soon to see the even continuing expansion of the cast lists all over the country supporting shows in your region.

Our current classes will end soon and another session will quickly follow. Look for THEY improv to again push the envelope of these areas as THEY continues to grow in reputation.
